System Analyst

Job description:

Purpose Statement

• To develop and integrate functionality from Capitec Partners into our Open Banking solutions.
• To provide technical onboarding, system support and liaise with third parties to ensure timely resolution of escalated technical issues.

Experience Min:

• At least 2 -3 years' experience in Systems Design and Analysis
• At least 2 - 3 years' experience in Systems and Data Integration using a combination of the following platform solutions
  • Transact-SQL
  • Instana / Grafana / OpenSearch / Kibana or similar solutions
  • Open API / Swagger specifications

Qualifications (Minimum)

• A relevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology - Computer Science or Information Systems
• Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational

Qualifications (Ideal or Preferred)

• A relevant post graduate degree in Information Technology

Knowledge Min:
Advanced knowledge and understanding of:

• Querying data with Trasact-SQL (MySQL)
• Troubleshooting JavaScript applications
• Systems Implementation and Technical Systems Support
• Partner Liaison and Management

Ideal:

• Confluence / Jira (Atlassian Suite)
• Navigating AWS Console to troubleshoot issues
