Job Summary

To coordinate, plan & deliver day-to-day team tasks & activities in order to execute administration services accurately.

Supports regional initiatives and deliverables supporting across Coverage, Product, Business Manager and ME functions.

At any point, the communication and execution of centrally run initiatives must accomplish the regional reach of approximately 460 CIB colleagues.

Job Description
  • Ensure that correct co-ordination is managed across CIB and RBB client deal teams and between regional offices (CIB and RBB), where applicable.
  • Ensure that all logistical issues are addressed for client meetings, travel, meeting rooms, refreshments, VC and/or dial-in details where applicable supporting colleagues across coverage and product.
  • Constantly build strong relationships with client PAs ensuring that this is beneficial to the overall client relationship.
  • Work closely with EXCO Personal Assistant to ensure visitations to the regions are well prepared for outlining an agenda with key regional stakeholders
  • All presentations and packs for client meetings are printed and prepared in advance and circulated to deal teams.
  • Work closely with Marketing to manage client responses to events and functions.
  • Capture invites to clients on Salesforce and follow up on Coverage for a meaningful response to events.
  • Ensure C-ZONE requirements are fulfilled internally by colleagues.
  • Proactively remind manager to follow up on client calls and responses.
  • Ensure you build a rapport with your counterparts in CIB and the greater Absa Group to assist in your ability to secure meetings internally.
  • Assist with setting up and supporting the team to drive performance reviews periodically across CIB Coverage & Product.
  • Adhering to timelines on requests and deadlines.
  • Provide back-up and assistance to the Business Manager when required.
  • Ensure CIB population and matrix is kept updated to ensure timeous turnaround with Centre Led initiatives such as CIB Networking Events.
  • Act as a single point of communication for regional CIB related requests such as events and building requirements
  • Acting as a custodian for regional distribution lists
  • Drive Absa values driven culture through teams who authentically demonstrate behaviors in support of our values.
  • Support the Sector/Regional Head to drive key stakeholder engagements by assisting with
regular meeting schedules.
  • Proactively manage the resilience recovery requirements for your team by ensuring all aspects of the Resilience programme is compliant and meets the requirements of the Resilience Policy and Standards.
Plan and execute on diary requirements for monthly engagements such as MANCOS, OpsCOs , Quarterly HR Reviews, Team Meetings, Product Sessions, Marketing Updates supporting ME, Sector Heads and Business Manager

Education

National Diplomas and Advanced Certificates: Office Administration (Required)
