Providing comprehensive technical services for the efficient and safe operation of electronic technology for health, safety and productivity in the mining sector.
Leadership
- Responsible for overall technical employees work performance on relevant sites.
- Evaluate the work of Supervisors to ensure they are working according to company standards.
- Identifying training needs and ensure that training is completed.
- Evaluate and verify employee performance through the review of completed work assignment and work techniques.
- Effective management of employees, including mentoring.
- Responsible for the overall technical performance and organization of technical tasks as assigned by Area Manager
- Implementation of strategies to avoid risks and uncertainties within the designated area.
- Improve the operational and support systems (including HR, Finance and QC), processes and policies in support of the organizations mission specifically, management reporting, information flow, business process and organizational planning.
- Adhere to annual budget in conjunction with sales Representatives and Sales Executives.
- Control expenses to meet budget guidelines.

Technical And Support
- Troubleshoot problems that the technicians are having on site and determine route cause of issue and recommend corrective action.
- Managing of stock level at sites.
- Notifying head of departments of technical problems.

Compiling and submitting of monthly reports of feedback of the area/region, products and efforts made.
