MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
To oversee the technical team and manage, improve and optimise the technical operations within the facility. To act as the management representative for Quality Management System and Occupational Health Safety.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
- Manage the Technical Department of Hospital
- Manage and support technical projects within the hospital environment
- Manage and mitigate Technical Department risk within the Hospital
- Oversee the management and maintenance of building and equipment
- Oversee and manage on-site contractors at the Hospital
- Ensure quality management and continuous improvement within Technical Department
- Lead and manage the people in the Technical team
- Manage and control department budget / finances
- Sustainability and plant management
ESSENTIAL EDUCATION: N6, S4, T4 with Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Heavy Current
DESIRED EDUCATION: N6, S4, T4 with Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Heavy Current (thermodynamics; electro engineering)
Required Experience
ESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 10 years relevant experience with a minimum of 4 - 6 years experience within a hospitality environment with an N6, S4 or T4 qualification
Desired Experience
10 years relevant experience with a minimum of 6 years experience HVAC, BMS/SCADA environment with a N6, S4 or T4 qualification
