Responsibilities
- Serve as our Nordics software expert for Connected products & Software in commercial buildings.
- Address complex technical issues from our system integrator partner network.
- Identify root causes of problems and deliver effective solutions to partners.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Manage customer calls and tickets using SalesForce.
- Plan, organize, and execute training sessions for supported products/software.
- Play a crucial role in supporting the growth of our Nordic sales organization.
- Passion for assisting customers and delving into software intricacies.
- 3+ years of experience with automation products or similar.
- Strong understanding of English data sheets and electrical circuit diagrams.
- Effective communication skills with a talent for teaching others.
- Experience with HVAC building control applications or automation systems.
- Familiarity with hardware and software implementation, failure modes, and best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and knowledge of various operating systems.
- Understanding of industry standard protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, RS485, and RS232.
- Knowledge of networking concepts and configuration.
- Previous exposure to relational databases (e.g., SQL) and control systems (e.g., Niagara Framework, SCADA systems).
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills.
