Telesales Representative

Our established company is expanding, and we are looking for full-time Telemarketers / Call Centre Representatives for our call centre based in Midrand - International Business Gateway. 

As a telemarketer at SERR Synergy, you will play a vital role in promoting our comprehensive range of legal compliance solutions to businesses. Your primary responsibility will be to engage professionally with decision-makers, effectively communicating the value of our services and securing appointments for our sales consultants.

The ideal candidate should be a team player as well as an individual performer that is willing to work in a fast-paced and deadline driven environment.

Minimum requirements:

• Matric / Grade 12
• Previous call Centre / telemarketing experience as a telemarketer will be an advantage, but not a requirement
• Outstanding telephone etiquette
• Proficient in Afrikaans and/or English
• Must be friendly yet professional
• Must be self-motivated and have the necessary drive to meet sales targets and reap the rewards
• Successful candidates shall be expected to accept duty as soon as possible
• Basic salary, commission & performance bonuses are on offer
• In-house training will be provided
