As a Traffic Manager you will be responsible for
Works with Design and Traffic Team to develop schedules and timelines for project integration and
completion
- Oversees workflow of all client projects internally - from Packaging Team initiation through completion and
- Manages the schedules and workloads of all production freelance creative staff
- Works with Creative Director to identify and maintain a steady bench of freelance help for ongoing
- Manage Proof readers and Copy Writers Schedule
- Reinforces specific guidelines and processes with team members regarding agency workflow
- Manages the organization of the electronic file structure for client creative and production work
- Works with vendors to ensure projects are delivered accurately and invoiced on time and within estimated
- Works to continually improve and optimize agency workflow and production solutions for new and existing
- Monitors production team members time on projects to ensure accuracy and maintain expectations for
- Attends project kickoffs, internal reviews and brainstorm sessions as necessary, and is prepared to
- Updates and provides regular project status with Creative Director and Client as needed
- Displays perseverance through pursuing duties with a positive attitude and driveespecially in the face of
- Manages archiving process including outreach to account team, changes codes in the project tracking
- Maintain Print production sign off bookings and costings while keeping track of schedules and costs
- Works with team members to estimate project costs when needed
- Juggle multiple projects concurrently under tight deadlines.
- Foresee scheduling conflicts and take quick action when schedules get compressed or delayed.
- Creatively manage schedules and resources as well as collaborate closely with all team members.
- Importantly, needs to be firm yet flexible to meet the ever-changing client demands as well as personable,
motivating everyone to deliver their part of the job on-time and according to agreed-upon specifications.
1-3 years work experience in related field in related field
Degree in Relevant field preferred.
Windows and/or Windows like interface exposure
Computer literacy MS office suite
