Responsibilities:
- Your working day is spent on the phone making outgoing calls
- Describe the product benefits and any special offers to potential clients
- Give advice about how these may benefit customers personally
- Persuade customers to attend one of our training courses
- Gather and document information about the customer and update SFDC - sales CRM, including dates for follow-up calls and more info about the customers
- Generate and Qualify leads
- 5 years of telesales experience with in-depth ISO Standards knowledge
- Based in Pretoria
- Bachelors Degree in any discipline - advantageous
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- A polite, confident, and friendly manner
