What will you do?
This is a 12-month contract position allowing the incumbent to gain relevant work experience in the financial services industry. This is a specialist role within Academy SanlamConnect that is primarily responsible for developing designs in the fields of graphics, digital and animation, planning and designing effective graphic and digital layouts, designing materials for online and offline, producing attractive and effective designs for all learning channels (e-learning and traditional).
What will make you successful in this role?
- Understand, plan and schedule client requests
- Undertake pre-production, production/shoot, and post-production processes
- Select, operate, and maintain relevant equipment
- Create and maintain an accessible archive of footage
- Stakeholder management
- Support with enhancing the user learning experience related to the implementation of the e-learning strategy
- Ability to follow a brief and brand guideline
- Ability to use multimedia and authoring tools appropriately (graphic, web, animation)
- Support with other related ad hoc projects
- Support with the setup and hosting of live events (e.g. CPD Masterclass)
- Research new technologies and concepts that can be introduced to improve the learning experience
- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
- Must have completed and be in possession of a 3-year National Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design
- Successful candidate should be unemployed
- Preferably no or very limited previous working experience
- Use of authoring tools: Adobe Creative Cloud, Articulate Storyline, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator
