We handle a full spectrum of communications for 15 shopping centers, from promotions to advertising and printed material and we are looking for a marketing/communications assistant.
Job responsibilities:
- Answering phones.
- Chasing suppliers to deliver printing, etc.
- Handling enquiries to rent temporary space in the centres (and ensuring they pay up!).
- A bit of financial recon.
- Drawing up/dispatching a range of e-newsletters.
Job requirements:
- Strong, independent and insanely well-organized person who will ensure the office runs smoothly and that our marketing managers get decent support.
- Own car and ability to work flexible hours from time to time, as there are occasions when you’ll need to assist the marketing managers with events over weekends.
