Company based in West Beach is looking for female client liaison specialist/receptionist. 

Job requirements:

  • Must be extremely well spoken.
  • 3 years reception/administration experience.
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Proficient in Excel, Word and Google Drive.
  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Be able to multitask and follow instructions accurately.
  • Enthusiastic and willingness to learn.
  • Must be aged 25+.
  • Have to be bubbly, friendly and enjoy working with people.
