Job requirements:
- Previous operations/wizard knowledge would be an advantage.
- Must have excellent communication skills and have a flair for developing and maintaining customer relationships.
- Matric with a minimum E- aggregate.
- Computer literate: proficiency in Excell, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook etc.
- Driver's license (code 08/EB) and personal reliable transport to and from work.
- Specific experience in administrative jobs.

Job responsibilities:
- Delivering the Avis promise to our customers and representing the branch through continuous ambassadorship.
- All rental transactions.
- Assets control and fleet control.
- Termination and rental counter duties.
- General administration.
- Completing recons and time sheets.
- Employee must be on standby daily.
- Answering office calls and coordinating transport on and off site.
- Ensuring chauffeur availability and compliance coordination.
- Ad-hoc duties from manager.
