We offer a job for a full-time, experienced House Manager / Butler / Chef who is well-spoken and presentable with excellent people skills for our family game farm in Hilton, KZN. The candidate must be good at multi-tasking, have strong organisational skills, responsible and honest tendencies.
You must be a good chef and able to follow recipes and do dinner parties when required. You will prepare and cook all meals for and be required to perform all tasks related to running the household and housekeeping, daily planning, cleaning, cooking, servicing and running errands.
Required experience:
- Chef / Butler – 5 to 10 years’ experience. Relevant Hospitality Training / certificates;
- Oversee general maintenance of house;
- Manage the appointed cleaning staff to ensure that the house is clean at all times;
- Only Malawians or Zimbabweans will be considered.
Skills Required:
- Grade 12 / Matric;
- Relevant Hospitality Training / certificates;
- Valid Driver’s License;
- Healthy, energetic, non-smoker;
- Needs to be hard working with sober habits (non-smoker);
- Solid references;
- Must be able to communicate in English;
- Must be reliable and work without supervision;
- Must have “attention to detail” mind set;
- Must be trustworthy;
- Be able to interact with people;
- Good manners.
