Labourer / Site Worker (Construction)

In this hands-on role you will be working on a variety of residential properties and installing prefabricated basements. The overall projects will include laying insulation, pouring concrete, installing panels, and erecting walls. Travel across England and some staying away will be required.
This role would suit a Construction Labourer looking for specialist training, clear progression paths to senior roles, and to work for a reputable construction business.

The Role:
Installing prefabricated basements
Primarily working in home counties but some overnight stays needed
Full on-the-job training provided
Progression paths to Team Leader or Project Manager
Monday to Friday, 8am-6pm, 45 hours a week
