Requirements:
- Experience: 2 to 3 years in an accounting-focused role.
- Education: Relevant completed Tertiary qualification in Accounting
- Software Skills: Proficient in MS Office, Xero, Sage Payroll, and Dext.
- Responsibility: High sense of responsibility and accuracy when recording/capturing information.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills; ability to liaise with suppliers and service providers.
- Transport: Must have reliable transportation to and from our Durbanville office.
- Accurate Invoice Processing: Handle supplier invoices efficiently using Dext.
- Supplier Account Management: Prepare supplier accounts for payments and perform reconciliation on Dext & Xero.
- Bank Reconciliation: Complete bank reconciliations on Xero.
- Collaboration: Work closely with suppliers and service providers to ensure smooth processing.
- Payment Processing: Load payments on ABSA Business Integrator.
- Operational Support: Participate in day-to-day activities across admin, finance, and hotel departments.
- Leave Forms: Process all leave forms using Sage and provide summaries for the HR Manager.
- Casual Workers: Handle payslips for casual workers and ensure timely payment.
