Check invoices

Stock

Monthly stock take/ calculations

Report discrepancies

Fixed Assets

Depreciation calculations

Maintain register

Invoicing

Internal invoicing of management fees

(Insurance, Water, Electricity, IT, Photostat Machine)

Comparission of Quotes vs Delivered vs Invoiced for Hollowcore Debtors

Rental invoicing and statements

UMFA invoicing

Journals

Diesel, PAYE, stock, interest and sales split

Other

Ammortisations - interest + capital

Comparison of Quotes

Insurance

General accounting work like processing of bank statements and invoicing for smaller entities in the groups

STATSSA reports (employees)

BBBEE compliance in BBBEE entities Group
