Job Summary

EQ8 Recruit has been engaged to help recruit a Junior Boiler Spares Salesperson. This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading energy solutions company in South Africa. This position will report directly to the Boiler Spares Sales Manager. The overall purpose of this role is to deliver quality service to the companys clients through the provision of quality, competitively priced boiler spares.

THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT

In order to be shortlisted for this role, you have the following skills and experience, but not limited to:-
  • National Diploma or BTech preferable
  • Proficient in MS Office and MS Project
  • Proficiency in Netsuite preferable, but not a requirement
  • 2+ years proven track record in a sales environment
JOB DESCRIPTION

The role responsibilities will include, but not limited to:-
  • Assist with meeting or exceeding Boiler Spares Sales Target by actively servicing existing client base
  • Grow client base through proactive actions in consultation with Marketing and Management
  • Ensuring that adequate and appropriate spares stock levels are maintained at all times by liaising with the Stores Manager and Buyer
  • Regularly confirm sales pricing to ensure appropriate margins are being maintained
  • Provide feedback and possible solutions on the acquisition of defective or sub-standard quality spares
  • Maintain adherence to ISO 9000 systems as per guidelines
  • Liaise closely with the Production Manager to ensure manufactured products are produced to relevant quality standards and in the appropriate time.

REMUNERATION PACKAGE
