Role Overview
This role does not need you as the bookkeeper to work with VAT or SARS at all - straight forward position, dealing with accounts.
- Must be able to do general bookkeeping functions
- Part of the position is to be able to be a stock controller, making sure all stock is noted and in order for the establishment.
- Experience working on accounting software - Quickbooks would be a huge advantage but, not a necessity.
- You will be responsible for placing and receiving orders for the Hotel and Restaurant.
- Reconciling delivery notes, orders, and invoices.
- Ensuring all stock takes are done and loaded on company software.
- Grade 12
- Qualification as a bookkeeper would be to your advantage
- Clear Credit and Criminal Record
- At least 3 years experience
- Hospitality experience will count in your favour
