Responsibilities:
· Conduct outbound calls in order to market products
· Sell product to a wide range of clients using a wide variety of products
· Will have to be proven closers with ability to convince client’s to accept product
· Ability to accurately assess customer needs and potential, identify and deal with objections that may arise
· Be comfortable with the sales process and show the ability to meet targets
· Ability to sell high volumes of policies whilst insuring call of high quality
· Ability to handle complaints as well as conflict telephonically
· Attention to detail
· Maintain and develop professional selling skills
Requirements:
· Grade12 /Matric
· FAIS Compliant
· RE 5 Representatives Certification
· RE1 Certification (dependent on date of 1st registration)
· Clear Criminal and Credit record
· Reliable or own transport
· Must have a proven track record with outbound telesales
· The Junior Broker will be responsible for meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets across various products and campaign
· An excellent communicator with proven selling skills is required
Experience Required:
· Minimum 1– 3 years successful experience in a telesales environment with an insurance/financial services environment
· Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in an outbound call center environment
· Excellent telephone selling skills with professional telephone manner and commercial acumen and the capability to communicate with enthusiasm and drive
· Excellent communication (verbal and written) – Good command of the English language
· Able to sell a varied range of products and services
· Fluent in English (and ideally other languages)
