Junior Chef-Midrand

Junior Chef position available for busy upmarket Restaurant in Midrand. Looking for individuals with 2+ years relevant chef/kitchen management experience. Experience with al a carte essential. Must have good all round cooking skills. Main focus will be food preparation and general kitchen management. Knowledge of stock control and food costing also important. Only serious ambitious candidates will be considered. Must be hard working and willing to learn. Formal qualification would be beneficial. Salary R 7000 - 10000 K nett.
