The 41 Restaurant & Bar in Camps Bay is currently recruiting a junior chef for a full-time position.
Job requirements:
- Under the responsability of our Executive Chef, you will be in charge of a complete kitchen (Med food, Seafood, Burgers, Pizza, Sushi).
- You will be in charge of the daily organization of the kitchen (rosters, recruitment, making procedures are respected).
- You will be at the hot pass making sure the food is meeting our quality standards.
- Placing orders for the kitchen.
- Monitoring stock experience of a junior chef is preferable (minimum a year).
- Salary depending on experience.
