Junior Civil Engineer

The Junior Engineer plays a key role in supporting technical tasks, developing designs, and assisting with project execution. This role involves increasing responsibility for ensuring accuracy and compliance in designs and fieldwork.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY.

Design and Development

• Create and refine technical drawings, blueprints, and engineering models.
• Perform detailed calculations, simulations, and system analyses to inform project design.
• Contribute to the development and testing of engineering prototypes and solutions.

Fieldwork and Inspections

• Conduct on-site inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
• Document field conditions, identify variances, and suggest corrective actions.

Project Coordination

• Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to meet project deadlines.
• Track project milestones, prepare progress reports, and maintain project documentation.

Technical Analysis

• Evaluate system performance and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and resolving design challenges.

Team Collaboration

• Communicate project updates and technical findings to senior engineers and project managers.
• Provide guidance to graduate engineers or interns as needed.

Education, Language & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Engineering

Essential Knowledge, Skills & Experience

• 2 - 5 years of professional experience in engineering.
• Intermediate knowledge of engineering tools, software, and methods.
• Ability to interpret and apply engineering codes and standards.
• Strong organizational and teamwork skills.
