In assisting us to ensure great optimization of lead generation and campaigning, the IDM Marketing Department is now looking for a Junior Data Analyst who will be responsible for data analytics and reporting. The successful candidate will form part of an excelling and growing Marketing Analytics team.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer critical business questions by;
- Investigating,
- Detect anomalies and outliers (Monitor),
- Find trends,
- And share recommendations
- Drive efforts for continuous data accuracy and quality improvement in Spreadsheets, reports and dashboards
- Assist the marketing department with optimizing lead generation and ROI through analysis
- Prioritize new ad-hoc report and data analytics requests and deliver accordingly
- Develop analytics and understanding around our clients and the client journey, to guide and support Marketing campaigns
- A university degree; preferably in Mathematics/Statistics, Computer science or Informatics
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and MSSQL
- Experience in Business/Data Analytics will be advantageous
- Knowledge of BI tools such as Power BI and SSRS will be advantageous
- Must be criminal and credit clear
