Key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Data capturing, Analysis, and Interpretation:
- Analyze partner customer data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Interpret industry data and market trends to provide insights into competitive positioning and emerging opportunities.
- Utilize statistical methods and predictive analytics to forecast market trends and customer behaviour.
- Capture partner data onto CRM system.
- Transform data sets into clear and actionable insights that inform strategic decisions.
- Develop dashboards and reports that visualize the data in relation to insights and partner opportunities.
- Present findings and recommendations to Partner Leads and internal stakeholders
- Support strategic initiatives by providing data-driven recommendations and guidance on market opportunities and customer needs.
- Contribute to the development of data-driven strategies to enhance partner engagement and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security throughout all stages of analysis and reporting.
- Implement best practices for data collection, storage, and analysis to optimize efficiency and reliability.
- IT/Statistical related degree/diploma or
- up to 2 years technical or data analysis related experience.
