Job Summary
The primary purpose of a Junior Environmental Health and Safety Representative is to ensure the Comany operates in a sfe and legally compliant manner so far as is reasonably practicable. The job scope includes all practical aspects of environemntal health and safety covering the Isando Site.
Job Requirements
- Ensure that all personnel are fully aware of SHE policies and procedures
- Be aware of new or existing safety legislation, approved codes of practice, guidance notes, and government reports.
- Carry out workstation Assessments for Production and administrative environments
- Assist with EHS assessments for Management of Change for product, process and equipment
- Work with EHS Manager on safety system development, writing policies, and procedures and work Instructions.
- Diploma in Safety Management
- SAMTRAC (Safety Management Training Course)
