Role purpose

What You Will Do
You're core responsibilities will be:
- acting as first point of contact to IG Employees, Line Managers and HR Business Partners on using our HR ticketing system (AskHR Portal)
- dealing with common HR queries/requests through HR ticketing system and email in a professional manner and within agreed timeframes
- providing accurate and timely advice on HR processes and policies
- managing HR data entry and processing HR transactions from employee life cycle scope in our HR data system (Workday)
- managing preparation, signing and distribution of accurate HR letters and documents
- maintaining employee files and documents
- involvement in HR projects, improvements and initiatives
- performing various admin tasks

Abilities/Expertise
Essential:
- Basic knowledge and understanding of HR Processes and HR Operations
- Basic knowledge and understanding of employee life-cycle
- Fluency in English
- Experience with Workday and HR Case Management system
- Experience with process and user experience improvements
- Knowledge of USA HR processes
- Knowledge of EMEA HR processes
- Background in recruitment administration
