Job Description
Responsible for the handing of all cargo that arrives and departs from the weigh bridge, as well as for the administration of grain products.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have the following:
- Grade 12 certificate
- Minimum 1-2 experience in a similar role
- Grain Grading course
- Computer literate
- Code 8 Driver's License
- Clear Criminal Record
- Comply with grading rules and regulations by reporting any discrepancies of the quality of grain to direct Supervisor
- Conduct grain grading according to regulations and standards
- Provide general support to the department such as accurate tracking of stock control cards
- Assist with the administrative functions related to security, health and safety aspects
- Manage client services by ensuring processes are in place to prevent escalation of client complaint
- Ensure equipment is up to standard, maintained and calibrated where applicable
- Be a GWK ambassador and a good team player.
