Job responsibilities:
- Ensuring seamless set up and closedown of the kitchens.
- Motivating, guiding and developing our team of Chef’s
- Delivering and exceptional experience to guests.
- Assist with training of FOH team in terms of food knowledge
- A+ Hygiene standards
- Stringent stock control
- Strict adherence to production and recipes
- HR / Rostering / Staffing
Job requirements:
- Vibrant, energetic, go-getter attitude.
- Commitment to training and learning
- 2 years’ experience in a similar environment
- Solid food and beverage knowledge
- Ability to work flexible long hours over summer
- Experience working in a fast passed, flexible and challenging environment.
- Ability to work shifts and over time.
- Management experience would be beneficial.
- Fluent in English and 1 other language
- Personality, passion, drive, ambition.
- Knowledge of GAAP advantageous
