Our client in the Citrus Growing Entities industry is seeking the expertise of a Junior HR Officer to join their team in Northern Cape, Kakamas. Salary is negotiable depending on experience and qualifications.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Must have a National Diploma in Personnel Management
- Must have 3 years’ relevant experience
- Must have knowledge of VIP wage system or other computerized wage systems
- Candidate must have the following knowledge: Knowledge of General Administrative Processes, Human Resource Principles, Organizational Procedures and Policies, Labour Legislation including the Basic Conditions of Employment, Sectoral Provisions and Labour Relations Act.
- Must be fluent in Afrikaans and English
