Leading Law firm based in Pretoria (Villieria), seeks the services of a Junior Industrial Relations Professional to join our team. The successful candidate must:
Have extensive experience handling all aspects of CCMA cases including arbitrations;
- Have in-depth knowledge of of BCEA, EE and LRA Acts;
- Be prepared to travel to various outlying areas to conduct CCMA arbitrations;
- Exceptional written and spoken Afrikaans and English skills;
- Have an outgoing personality and be able to deal with difficult clients and be a problem solver;
- Own reliable transport essential.
- Grade 12 essential but a qualification in law or industrial relations would be advantageous.
