- Implementation of engineering knowledge to maintain typical instrumentation on the following equipment:
- Crushers, vibrating screens, Conveyors, stackers, reclaimers, slurry and process water pumps, Sample cutters, De-grid cyclones, Vibrating feeders, Apron feeders, Hydraulic Drivers and Power Packs, Dust Suppression and dust extraction, Telemetry, two-way radios, Networks
- Process flow and Instrumentation diagrams of the following production processes:
- Bruce primary and secondary Crusher, Overland conveyor and ROM stacking, On grade Wash & screening, Off grade Wash & screening, Beneficiation, High-Pressure Roller Crusher, Product conveying & stacking, Process water & slims handling, Sewage plant, asset management, EAMS strategy and Business processes, Contrition monitoring, relevant OEM training, PLC programming, Slicing of optic Fabre cables
- Basic Scada Development:
- PLC programming, Networking, Interfacing between different systems, General plant instrumentation, advanced computer literacy, Advanced plant maintenance, Plant optimization
- IR and HR policies, Peer training, Planning and organizing, communication, and assertiveness.
- Mine Health and Safety act and other applicable legislation, relevant COPs, Nuclear sources
- Medically fit
- Meet required medical fitness standards
- Driver license - Valid Code B / EB drivers license
The candidate will be appointed on the condition of being certified medically fit as per Mine Health and Safety Act 29/1996.
Remuneration will be based on a competitive all-inclusive flexible package.
