Junior Kitchen Manager Chef-Alberton

Junior Kitchen Manager/Chef position available with Restaurant in Alberton. Candidates must have 2+ years kitchen management/chef experience in a Restaurant environment. Must have good all round cooking and food management skills. Will be expected to assist in all sections of the kitchen. Main duties include stock management, food costing and handing off kitchen administration. Must be able to manage staff. Looking for someone who is well spoken, presentable and willing to learn.
