Responsibilities:
Mechanical and Electro-Mechanical Expertise:
- Demonstrate proficiency in milling, lathe operations, CNC machinery, welding and other relevant mechanical and electro-mechanical skills.
- Apply knowledge acquired through the completion of maintenance engineering modules.
- Utilise CAD software for design and analysis purposes.
- Excel in problem-solving and troubleshooting within a maintenance context.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of preventative maintenance strategies.
- Execute routine inspections and maintenance procedures to ensure optimal equipment functionality.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment status.
- Collaborate with the administrative team to streamline documentation and reporting processes.
- Proactively engage in ongoing learning and skill development to stay current with industry trends and best practices.
- Attend relevant training sessions and workshops to enhance technical and administrative capabilities.
- Bachelors degree or diploma in Mechanical or Electro-Mechanical Engineering
- Completed maintenance engineering modules
- Practical experience in milling, lathe operations, CNC, welding, and CAD
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Highly motivated with a passion for maintenance and engineering
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
