Key Responsibilities
- Sales Team Leadership: Provide strong, effective leadership to the international sales team, guiding them to achieve and surpass sales targets
- Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate team members' performance, providing regular feedback, coaching, and support to enhance their skills and productivity.
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive sales strategies for international markets, aligning them with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Team Development: Nurture the professional growth of team members, identifying training needs and organizing relevant workshops or training sessions.
- Sales Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports to the senior management team, outlining achievements, challenges, and actionable insights.
- Compliance: Ensure the sales team adheres to industry regulations, company policies, and ethical practices in all interactions with clients.
- Conflict Resolution: Address conflicts within the team promptly and professionally, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

- Matric
- A minimum of 3 years International Sales management experience in a call centre environment
- Proven track record (Advantageous)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Must have excellent communication skills and sound understanding of the International Market
- Clear Criminal record
