Junior Manager (International)

Job Overview : We are seeking an experienced and motivated Junior Manager to oversee our International sales team. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in sales leadership, demonstrating the ability to drive sales growth in international markets. The Sales Junior Manager will be responsible for managing and coaching the sales team, developing effective sales strategies, and fostering a high-performance environment. Additionally, the successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team, showing a talent for nurturing team members' growth and development within the area. Moreover, the candidate must have the vision and drive to grow within the sector, contributing to both individual and team success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Team Leadership: Provide strong, effective leadership to the international sales team, guiding them to achieve and surpass sales targets
  • Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate team members' performance, providing regular feedback, coaching, and support to enhance their skills and productivity.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive sales strategies for international markets, aligning them with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  • Team Development: Nurture the professional growth of team members, identifying training needs and organizing relevant workshops or training sessions.
  • Sales Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports to the senior management team, outlining achievements, challenges, and actionable insights.
  • Compliance: Ensure the sales team adheres to industry regulations, company policies, and ethical practices in all interactions with clients.
  • Conflict Resolution: Address conflicts within the team promptly and professionally, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Innovation: Encourage innovative thinking within the sales team, exploring new approaches, technologies, or techniques to boost sales effectiveness.
Technical Requirements
  • Matric
  • A minimum of 3 years International Sales management experience in a call centre environment
  • Proven track record (Advantageous)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Must have excellent communication skills and sound understanding of the International Market
  • Clear Criminal record
