Responsibilities
Social Media Marketing:
- Develop and implement social media marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and engage the target audience.
- Create engaging content for various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn) to drive customer acquisition and engagement.
- Monitor social media channels, respond to inquiries, and engage with the audience to build strong customer relationships.
- Analyse social media metrics to evaluate campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in identifying and targeting potential customers through research and data analysis.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop lead generation strategies and campaigns.
- Qualify and pass sales leads to the appropriate sales representatives for follow-up and conversion.
- Track and report on lead generation activities, including the number of leads generated, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop initiatives aimed at expanding the customer base.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for new customer acquisition.
- Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns to attract and retain customers.
