We are an upmarket Optometrists, looking for a junior office administrator.
Job requirements:
- The right candidate must have basic knowledge of bookkeeping concepts.
- Be meticulous and structured and be able to communicate effectively.
- Have computer knowledge including Excel, Word and outlook.
- Must have good communication skills.
- Minor account reconciliations will be required as well as handling of all stock in and out of the practice.
- Working hours will be Monday - Friday (9am - 6pm)
