This role is with a fast-growing company specializing in car transport across Europe. Backed by one of the worlds leading company builders, they provide innovative logistics solutions and personalized customer service to ensure a reliable and 5-star transport experience for their customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate Auto Transports: Support the operations team by coordinating car transport services in a fast-paced and growing environment, ensuring smooth execution with compounds and drivers.
- Ad-Hoc Support: Provide ad hoc support to assist the operations team with various tasks as needed.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate with carriers, customers, and other partners to ensure seamless workflow and effective communication.
- Customer Communication: Handle phone communication with customers, ensuring their needs are met and providing excellent service throughout the process.
- Fluency in English and French (additional languages such as German, Polish, or Lithuanian are a big plus)
- Strong phone communication skills, with experience in customer support or sales
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proactive and hands-on mentality, with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Interest in growing with the company and taking on new challenges
