Responsibilities
Payroll Processing:
- Assist in the accurate and timely processing of payroll for our employees.
- Input and verify payroll data, including earnings, deductions and leave.
- Stay informed about changes in payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
- Assist in the generation and maintenance of payroll reports.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee information in the payroll system.
- Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Collaborate with the finance and HR teams to resolve payroll-related queries.
- Support the team in reconciling payroll accounts and addressing audit requirements.
- Compile and maintain accurate records of payroll transactions.
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of payroll reports and related documents.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; additional education in accounting or finance is a plus.
- Basic understanding of payroll principles and processes.Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and other relevant software.
- At least one year of hands-on experience in payroll administration, ideally within a similar business environment.
