NDC Personnel & Contractors is searching for a Junior Payroll Administrator to join a vibrant FMCG team in the Western Cape! This position is perfect for someone who is detail-driven, proactive, and eager to handle the full payroll process with precision and efficiency. As a Junior Payroll Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing. Your responsibilities will include creating and maintaining employee payroll records, calculating salaries and wages, managing deductions based on timesheet records, and ensuring compliance with tax and employee benefit legislation. You will also generate payroll reports for management and accounting, assist with job costing for seagoing vessels, and compile Excel job costing batches.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2-5 years of payroll experience, with a minimum of 1 year working with Sage 300 and job costing modules. A Grade 12 qualification is required, along with solid knowledge of payroll principles and processes, and intermediate Excel skills.
