Christian Art Distributors requires the services of a dynamic person for the following position:
Junior Product Co-ordinator (CAM)
Product Coordinator Assistant – CAM
Key Responsibilities:
-Management and co-ordination of stock supply in all CUM Stores
-Coordinate and liaison between suppliers and CUM Stores
-Database maintenance (Registrations; monthly prices; dead stock; promotional inventory and priceplans)
-Product research and sourcing
-Compare CUM Books database and supplier database
-Communication with CUM Stores
-Manage price differences & PO Queries
-Placement of Grids & orders & feedback
-IBT intransit communication & checks.
Requirements :
-Knowledge of music & media market preferred
-Strong team player and ability to work with various other departments
-Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel (advanced skills), Outlook and PowerPoint
-Strong sales, analytical, organisational, communication and people skills required
-Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a multi-tasked and fast paced environment
-Grade 12
-Bilingual: English and Afrikaans
-Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
-Detail orientated
-Attention to detail and problem solving skills
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
-Must reside in Sasolburg, Vereeniging or Vanderbijlpark
