In February 2019, SensePost became a part of Orange Cyberdefense Europes leading go-to security services provider. The Project team is growing and we are looking for another Junior Project Manager to join our team!
This position is responsible for supporting and managing the scheduling and tracking of our rapid, short term, security assessments (including incident response, architecture and traditional security consultancy, training etc.) as well as looking after our annuity clients. They are conducted on a by project basis, ranging between one and three weeks per project, and will occasionally be done at the client site, in the United Kingdom, South Africa, The Netherlands or abroad.
Key responsibilities are as follows:
- Collecting project requests from Account Managers and liaising with the Team Managers to identify the most appropriate analysts for a project
- Scheduling the projects accordingly in the required systems and communicating it back to the Account Manager/Customer
- Making sure security analysts have all the necessary information and equipment to do the project
- Liaise with the client to ensure that all technical and logistical information required is collected before the project commences and confirm project readiness with the client and manage accordingly if this is not the case
- Monitor all active projects to ensure they are commencing according to plan and that there are no obstacles and projects commence on agreed timelines
- Check and manage project delays both with the client as well as the internal teams
- Manage client kick off, daily feedback on the project status, and send through project completion details to all relevant parties
- Track project slippage and project overruns including the reasons for this
- Manage requests to move projects and update involved parties where required
- Record leave for the analyst in resource management system
- Review proposal when Account Manager or client request more days
- Book all travel and accommodation for income generating projects where required
- Prepare allowance document making sure analyst get paid before leaving on trip
- Keep track of report delivery on each assessment
- Keep track of project expenses and inform finance every end of the month of these expenses
- Assist with the smooth set up and delivery of large-scale projects
- Will be the Point of escalation and contact internally and externally for service delivery issues on the annuity services.

- A minimum of three (3) years experience is required in general office administration, travel or project management industry
- Industry recognised project management qualification, OR equivalent level of experience
- Office based but home working allowed
