Project Manager (Junior)

The role:

Plan, execute, and close projects within scope, on time, and within budget. Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams, manage project resources, and ensure the successful delivery of project objectives.

The detail:

Project Planning
  • Develop detailed project plans, including tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Team Collaboration
  • Lead cross-functional teams and facilitate effective communication.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment to maximize productivity.
Risk Management
  • Identify and assess project risks and develop mitigation plans.
  • Proactively manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
Communication and Reporting
  • Communicate project objectives, status, and risks to stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular project status meetings and provide written status reports.
Quality Assurance
  • Implement and maintain project quality assurance processes.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet established quality standards.
Budget Oversight
  • Develop and manage project budgets, tracking and reporting on expenses.
  • Monitor and control project costs to align with approved budgets.
Documentation
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans and status reports.
  • Esure all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
Are you this person?
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Project Management, Business Administration).
  • Project Management Professional (CAPM, PMI) certification or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years of experience in project management or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year experience working with the MS office suite, including MS Project.
  • Experience using with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Experience with flowcharts, technical documentation and schedules.
  • Demonstrated experience managing the entire project lifecycle.
  • Knowledge of project management systems and other software knowledge, e.g. Power BI, Project Web App
  • Communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Solid organizing, planning and administration skills
  • Solid attention to detail and accuracy
  • Solid interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
  • Solid analytical skills
  • Proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
