- Utilize the ATS to manage the administration of the recruitment process efficiently, including requesting candidate documents and updating candidate statuses.
- Correspond with candidates to schedule open days and interviews, provide updates on their application status, and respond to inquiries.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information, interview feedback, and hiring decisions.
- Facilitate background checks and reference checks for selected candidates, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation schedules and sending out new joiner information emails.
- Create and manage job postings on the ATS, ensuring accuracy and completeness of job descriptions, if required.
- Minimum qualification National Diploma or equivalent in Organisational Psychology or Human Resources
- At least 2 years relevant experience
- Recruitment Agency experience will be advantageous
- Basic knowledge of Labour Law practices & Acts
- Recruitment system experience - beneficial
- Experience in coordinating tasks, meetings, interviews
- Experience working on Excel and Power Point, compiling reports and presentations
- Meticulous attention to detail
