Established upmarket Restaurant in Waterkloof is looking for a Junior Manager to join the team. Candidates must have 3+ years relevant Restaurant management experience. Must have strong communication abilities and must be fluent in English and Afrikaans. Candidates who are self motivated, ambitious and eager to learn preferred. Main duties will include general front of house management and customer relations. Looking for someone with good staff management and stock control skills.
