We are looking for a junior salary administrator in Johannesburg.
Job responsibilities:
- Intelligent interpretation of payroll and structured administration of tasks, balancing and payments of salary creditors, completing and submitting all statutory returns for PAYE,SDL,UIF and Workmans compensation.
- Balancing and generating IRP5 and IT3a certificates.
- Ensuring the smooth running of tax year end functions, keeping up to date with legislation and any other changes.
- Ensuring that legally correct and ethical payroll procedures are practisced.
- Liasing with staff regarding queries and advising them on legislative changes that will impact on them personally.
- Liasing and producing documentation to auditors during the companys annual or bi-annual audits.
- Producing bank balances.
- All admin duties.
- Part taking in company stock takes.
- Attend all meetings, conferences and workshops.
Job requirements:
- Must be open to instruction.
- Ability to handle around 170 employees salaries.
- Relevant skills and qualifications.
