Junior Sous Chef position available for busy upmarket Restaurant in Sandton. Looking for individuals with 5+ years relevant a la carte chef experience. Must have good all round cooking skills. Main focus will be food preparation, quality control and general kitchen management duties. Strong knowledge of stock control and food costing essential.
