Responsibilities you will Learn to take on:
- Provide First-Line Support: Offer prompt and friendly assistance to end-users with technical issues, including hardware, software, and network-related problems - Both remotely and on-site at the Customer.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve basic technical issues by utilizing established procedures and resources.
- Help Desk Assistance: Serve as a point of contact for users, receiving and responding to incoming support requests via phone, email, or ticketing system.
- Software Installation and Configuration: Assist in installing and configuring standard software applications on users' devices.
- Hardware Setup and Maintenance: Help set up and maintain computer hardware, peripherals, and other IT equipment.
- User Account Management: Assist in creating and managing user accounts, permissions, and passwords.
- System Monitoring: Monitor IT systems and promptly escalate any potential issues or incidents to senior team members.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of support activities, including solutions provided, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.
- Knowledge Sharing: Continuously learn from senior team members and actively contribute to the team's knowledge base.
- Remote Support: Provide remote support to off-site users and resolve issues via remote access tools.
- IT Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining an inventory of hardware, software, and licenses.
- Basic Network Support: Assist with basic network troubleshooting and connectivity issues under guidance.
- User Training: Help users with basic IT training and guidance on standard software applications.
