We are seeking a motivated and skilled Junior Engineer to join our IT team. The successful candidate will assist in the installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our bank infrastructure.

- CompTIA Network+
- CompTIA A+
- Microsoft Azure certifications
- Minimum 2-4 years' experience in end user support in a corporate environment
- Quality of work delivered to both internal and external stakeholder.
- Level of satisfaction by customers (internal/external).
- Improve processes or solve problems with enhancements to current processes or create new solutions.
- Management of the Bank Database servers, storage, databases, and capacity
- Collaborate with project teams and deliver robust deployments aiming to move to High Availability
