Understanding the specification for basic template development. Developing, testing and validating the solution against the customer requirements. Interfacing with the customer with regards to the customer requirements.
Ensuring that the customer requirements are delivered on the template.

The successful candidate will be required to perform but not limited to the following key areas.
- Understand customer requirements.
- Follow simple XML structures for template development.
- Review the approved template specification. If required, revert to customer or other stakeholders if technical issues require business decisions in order to proceed.
- Check if that template is uploaded correctly in Development environment, and moved to the Test environment once development and preliminary testing is complete.
- Respond to incidents escalated.
- Log issues in the appropriate issues logging system.
- Conduct preliminary analysis on issues.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Relevant IT degree level education (BCom, BSc or National Diploma in information systems or computer science)
- Matric with English and Mathematics
- Experience with XML SPY, XSL - FO, HTML, Transform, XML Spy, Java, Ecrion
- Strong experience in ITIL (Incident, Change, Release, Problem Management)
- Industry compliance standards and legislation
- Experience as a Template / Software Developer. Experienced in testing.
